Als jij of iemand die je kent mishandeld wordt en daarover wilt praten, dan kun je de Kindertelefoon bellen. Dat kan iedere dag van 2 tot 8 uur. Je hoeft je naam niet te noemen. Het telefoonnummer is: 0800 - 0432 (gratis).
Of mobiel: 0900 - 0132 (20 cent per minuut plus de kosten van je mobiele telefoon).
